Based upon the most recent book published by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche and teachings given at the International Fall Festival in Arizona, this day retreat will cover essential meditations to make swift progress along the Buddhst path to Enlightenment.
Everyone is welcome to attend, however this retreat will assume some background knowledge of basic Buddhist view and practice. Each session will include preparatory prayers (Hundreds of Deities of the Joyful Land according to Highest Yoga Tantra), teaching, and guided meditation.
